Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic approach focuses on developing awareness, enhancing well-being and increasing self support. I spent six years in the East studying Buddhist psychology and meditation and my work is informed by my appreciation of the value of meditation and mindfulness practice. I am a psychologist and gestalt therapist specializing in relationship counselling. I run a private practice on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
