Reiki is a gentle healing energy.

My aim is to help people heal themselves and see their true selves.

Hands are placed gentle on or above the person's body and the energy flows through to where the body needs healing at that moment.

I offer Reiki treatments and am available to teach anyone wishing to learn The System of Reiki.

I also hold Reiki share groups for those that have learnt Reiki and wish to continue and hone their Reiki skills in a friendly group.

We start with a short meditation and you receive a Reiju (spiritual blessing).
