About Us

Reiki at the Rock is a healing practice set in the beautiful Gold Coast Hinterland. I am a Reiki Master offering crystal healing and intuitive guidance through my healings. My Reiki practice provides a healing space for people to come and reconnect with their true selves finding a way to break destructive patterns and move forward in health, happiness and purpose.

One of the greatest Reiki healing health benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the bodies natural healing abilities, and improves and maintains health. Reiki healing is a natural therapy that gently balances life energies and brings health and well being to the recipient. Reiki works to clear blockages created in our chakra system to enable us to receive the full flow of our life force.

The chakra system is a spiritual map to your journey of personal growth. It holds seven major energy centres which run from your root at the base of the spine to the crown at the top of your head. Blockages in these centres can disrupt your energy, confidence and purpose. When activated and working in harmony these centres will bring incredible energy, empowerment and vitality to the body

Reiki is a simple, non-invasive healing system working with the higher self of the receiver to promote health and well being of the entire physical, emotional and intuitive body. Therefore, it is truly a system of connectedness, promoting wholeness of Mind, Body and Spirit.

Reiki is beautifully subtle energy work in which healing is performed by the touch of the hands, allowing the flow of the energy from a limitless source (Universal life force) to the patient via the Reiki practitioner. It is an extremely powerful, yet divinely gentle energy, that can be easily channelled by the power of intention.

Reiki healing is a pure energy form. When it is combined with the sincere desire of the recipient, who is willing to effect a cleansing within their emotional and spiritual consciousness, a total healing can occur.

A healing session at Reiki at the Rock lasts for approximately 1.5 hours. As well as the sharing the healing energy of Reiki I also work with crystals and intuition during the session as I feel the layering of these energies offers both a beautiful and balanced healing.
