As a Reiki Practitioner and Energy Healer, I support people to improve their physical health and wellbeing, their emotional health and wellbeing, their mental health and wellbeing, and their spiritual health and wellbeing, through channelling different healing modalities to provide a deeper sense of personal healing, grounding and centering. 

I am passionate about alternative healing modalities and supporting people to improve their lifestyle and align with the lifestyle they choose to live.  I love to connect and support others on their spiritual journey and alternative lifestyle choices which embrace the Universal flow of energy, living with gratitude and creating healthy choices that support their mental, physical and emotional self. 

I also offer support around maintaining your mental health with the development of a self-care plan to create a work / home life balance, work on specific goals you may have, prioritising your sense of wellbeing, booking in regular healing sessions and offer one on one mentoring / coaching sessions.
