Reflexology - mostly of the feet, but also the hands and the face - is a deeply relaxing, grounding and nurturing way of dealing with a wide range of conditions. Allow 60 mins. 

Relaxation massage - Swedish massage is a gentle and calm massage approach which helps stress, anxiety and pain. Allow 30, 60 or 90 minutes for a blissful escape. Also available is an enhanced Soft Tissue Release relaxation treatment developed by Tiziana to elicit an even deeper relxation; ideal for people going through anxious or stressful times.

Oncology massage - very, very gentle, this is designed for clients with cancer or a history of cancer. It is known to alleviate all the side effects and is delivered in a safe way by a specially trained and accredited therapist who takes the physical, emotional and psychological state of each person into account.

Remedial massage - Reflexions specialises in back, shoulders, neck and arms using a range of techniques that are targetted to help specific aches and pains. Tiziana has developed a particularly gentle style of remedial massage which is effective for clients suffering muscular pain.

Scar Tissue Release - helps alleviate pain, numbness, stiffness, swelling, tingling, colour, appearance or emotions attached to scars caused by injury or surgery - even decades later.
