My name is Anne McBride and I am the Principal Reflexologist of Redland Reflexologists.

Reflexology is a wonderful healing, nurturing therapy for young and old which can produce positive and beneficial results.

Many of my clients over the years have been delighted and surprised with the benefits and changes Reflexology has made to their health.

Nowadays it has evolved into a professional, highly skilled modality, where we treat everyone from the very young to the very old and everyone in between.

Working for 15 years as a Professional Reflexologist in the Brisbane and the Redlands area  I have witnessed many positive and beneficial results in clients.  This has inspired me to strive to continue with study and learning to expand my skills, techniques and knowledge in my quest to provide a truly beneficial, healing reflexology treatment for the client.   I have been very fortunate to learn from wonderful, dedicated teachers and study in great colleges.

When the client receives a reflexology treatment they will experience a deep sense of relaxation immediately and all the organs, body parts and glands are treated.  I am able to tailor the treatment to suit the client’s individual needs and any problem areas that may require extra attention.
