The RBM Approach
You might be wondering, like many of our students, how the teaching of mindfulness techniques can be applied to everyday life. The RBM approach focuses on real world situations not just traditional meditation. Through our outdoor meditation sessions in local parts, we target real world situations as opposed to controlled environments. While a more challenging environment, this will make it easier to integrate the practice into daily life.
Much like a sports coach trains an athlete in sports specific exercises we train mindfulness for the real world.
