What Is Real Energy Food All About?
Hello! I’m Karen and six years ago I got tired of obsessing over food, yo-yo dieting, always feeling low on energy, and never truly loving my body no matter what I tried. It’s a vicious circle.
Being tired or low energy makes you want to eat comfort food but often comfort foods don’t give your body the fuel it needs so you end up back where you started over and over. But, there’s a better way. You don’t have to overhaul your lifestyle or make promises to yourself about it “all starting on Monday”.
I’m going to teach you how to lose weight & get boundless energy without stressful diets, massive changes, or restricting entire food groups. Trust me, I figured it out and I want to share with you my step-by-step approach to finding food freedom AND reaching your health goals.

About Karen
Karen, is a health coach who is passionate about helping people boost energy levels & improve their health through finding the right foods that work for their unique body. With a Science degree from the University of WA and certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Karen’s mission is to help people get energized and achieve food freedom so they can concentrate on the important things in life.
Karen has a bachelor degree from the University of Western Australia, studied holistic nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and although currently based in Perth Australia, she has travelled extensively and in the past lived in North America and Asia. Through skype and her online programs Karen has coached clients all over the world and offers customized packages that you can be a part of from the comfort of your own home.
