We have a unique exercise philosophy on which we base our training. We will teach you how to be active every day and how to be smart about exercise so that you build muscle strength and burn calories.
Our programs cater for all ages from children to seniors and all levels of fitness from those who don't exercise to those who do.
Our training follows a defined training timeline that will see you learn how to be active and exercise in a smarter way anywhere and at any time. We use an online portal, Online PT, for all of our customers on top of which we add personal training sessions.
There is no reason why you cannot be active and with our help we will tailor a program to you to ensure that you are.
If you have a goal in mind, we will work with you to achieve it. If you are not sure where to start then check out our programs for help. We can suggest a program that is based on your fitness level, your age or where you are in life. We have tailored our programs to fit all levels of fitness and all age groups. We have a simple vision - to help people become more active.
When we are active our bodies respond and enable us to do anything from walking a few steps to running a marathon. We want to enhance the lifestyles of all Australians by encouraging realistic, easy to follow programs that move us towards a healthier future.
Today, due to our busy lifestyles people often find it too difficult to exercise by going to the gym. We are different from gyms, studios and other personal trainers in that we create a program that fits your lifestyle. We make small changes but get big results. All of our programs are based on our unique exercise philosophy. This is what makes us different to everyone else.

We talk to you, we listen to you and we work with you to create a realistic program that fits your current lifestyle and commitments and helps you achieve your goals. Through regular sessions with our team we encourage exercise and activity all of which results in a more active you.
Our programs include 1 on 1 and group sessions plus tips on how to be active when you are not exercising.
Our trainers
Our trainers are industry qualified (Cert III and Cert IV) and also hold an Advance Course certification for BootCamp and Outdoor Group Fitness Instructor. We are registered with Fitness Australia, the national health and fitness association.

Our programs include a review of current eating and advice on nutrition. During the program we ask you to complete a food diary which gives a good idea of how we can help.
Online PT
Our tool enables you to do more structured exercise during the week by fitting in exercise when it works best for you. On days when you are just too busy to meet with a personal trainer or go to the gym you can turn to the online tool to provide you the program and demos you need to do your structured exercise. We will provide you with updated training plans through the tool to keep you motivated and prevent your body from plateauing.
Online PT at realactive is different to what other organisations offer. Our programs are designed specifically for you based on your current level of fitness and your goals. A personal trainer works with you to create a suitable program unlike other organisations that have pre-designed programs created for the masses.
