Hi, I’m Tim, founder of Ready Set Go Personal Training, a Certified Fitness Trainer who has been working in this industry since 2006.

I have always had a passion for health and fitness which has seen me strive for an athletic pursuit from a young age. I believe my competitive sports background, ranging from basketball, football, hockey, tennis, golf and triathlons coupled with my formal education & extensive work experience has been an integral part of establishing my effective training style.

My experience and expertise encompasses resistance training, sports strength and conditioning, as well as general weight loss and overcoming injury. My greatest aim is to provide you with Fun, Motivating and Challenging sessions that ultimately will make you reach your goals and ensure you get the results your after in no time. I know how daunting it is to enter a gym hence why being there to support and motivate you every step of the way is my commitment to you!
