About Me 

Having experienced chronic back pain, and many years of depression, I have been on a deep inner healing journey for over 20 years.

My experiences have enabled me to have empathy and compassion for individuals. I thrive on holding space for people to shift from the head to the heart remebering the Truth of who they are.

I have studied personal development and well-being for over 20 years including EFT, meditation retreats/courses, A Course in Miracles, Vipasanna, Pranic Healing, ACIM, Bowen Therapy & muscle testing.

Once unconscious behaviors become conscious, we have choice, where there was once only mental/physical pain and suffering. This allows space for people to live in the flow of life.  Allowing One out of victimhood and thriving in their Truth.

Although not religious, I was intuitively guided to undertake a solo pilgramage to Assisi ITALY, which assisted my personal development exponentially.

Whilst travelling the World for 6 months, 20 years ago, I also found myself on a spiritual journey, to the Monastery of Saint John 'the Theologian's' cave in Patmos Greece (the Book of Revelation).

As a meditator, probably my biggest highlight was visiting VARANASI/INDIA, on the River Ganga, which is a historical city sacred to Hindu's and Jains and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Visiting Sarnath, where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma was sacred.
