Rainbows-n-angels healing centre offers unconditional love and support in a safe, protected and nurturing space. The greatest gift anyone can give themselves is the gift of healing. We gain this by taking the first step to commit to ourselves to seek the help needed in gaining clarity, self worth, understanding ourselves, love for ourselves, acceptance for ourselves, being good enough for ourselves and finding a peace within. 

I offer Remedial massage using myofacial release. This is massaging the outer layer of fascia around the muscle. This helps in the release of the tension in the muscle. I sometimes suggest a counselling session to help with the deep seeded issues we supress. I feel this in your muscles.

Reiki is a beautiful relaxing journey using a universal energy via the hands. Reiki can help in bringing up those deep seeded issues we push down into the sub conscious. This a wonderful compliment to any counselling session.

Holistic Counselling i aim to give the client a different perspective to their situation. Gaining clarity and understanding to their situation. I will also suggest to having a Reiki session or two or more. Depending on the progress and depth to the your situation. 

From having sessions with me, you will feel a strength you haven't felt before, you will regain your power you have chosen to give away for so long, you will find your worth and you will learn to love yourself and give yourself the peace all humans deserve. 

A little about myself - I have been offering a wide range of alternative therapies for a 16 year period and have fine tuned them down to those listed above. My own healing journey has not been different to those seeking my help. We all have endured paing and suffering at some point in our time.

I have chosen the modalities I have as I feel, from my years of experience, these are the most effective in helping anyone on their healing journey.
