My counselling style is focused on really listening and understanding, and creating a safe place for you to feel heard, and to help you explore and create your goals and work with you towards them.
I have a flexible approach, utilising various counselling approaches and therapies, always going with what each individual wants and what works best for them.
Fees
My fees are $65 per hour session for individuals, and $85 per couple combined session.
