With over 10 years experience in this field of energy healing facilitation, and over 5000 hours of 1:1 healing facilitation experience both online/remotely and in person, Rachel offers a safe, dynamic and effective approach to support you to heal your emotional and intergenrational trauma. Rachel uses an integrative approach to psychological therapy with both frequency based medicines, ancient healing practices, and modern day EFT coaching, meditation, mindfulness and sound medicines. Rachel assists you to uncover the root causes, emotional patterns and to create a new energetic template to integrate both safely, gently and effectively for long term healing and change.
