In this 8-session program, you will learn:

• ​Ignite the Higher Mind: Strengthening your intuition will empower you to live on purpose and be aligned with your soul's truth.
• Embrace the Shadow: Identify and eliminate unconscious patterns of self-sabotage induced by fear and trauma.
• ​Mine Your Mind: Understanding your thoughts and how they influence your emotions. Changing your thoughts will change your perception and, ultimately, your experience in the world.

Rachel will be your guide as you journey through the 7 energy centres, and connect with Higher Energies. 

During each 1-hour session, you will connect deeper with your own Higher Wisdom, allowing for clarity and revealing the magic of your own Inner Light.
