Root Cause Therapy
It is an innovative modality that works directly with the subconscious mind to identify and eliminate outdated beliefs. This method of trauma healing uses regression to process and resolve unprocessed emotions that still cause unwanted thoughts, behaviours, and symptoms today.
The approach involves using advanced methods to test and identify what is actually causing the individual’s present unease, which might be reflected in their current life patterns and choices.
During the first part of the session, Marg will ask you a few questions about what’s important to you and what you most want to achieve. You will explore your emotions together and discuss any events, traumas, and anything else that has been coming up.
Marg uses kinesiology or muscle testing to determine which core beliefs are impacting your health negatively. This is to override the conscious part of your mind, or your thinking part, which does not allow for a genuine answer, since we all hold beliefs unconsciously and affect our behaviour, decisions, and thought patterns.
As you identify your limiting beliefs, the next step in the process is called the timeline or regression. Marg will then ask you to close your eyes and go through a quick relaxation exercise so that you feel relaxed.
It is not hypnotherapy, but in fact, the power of RCT lies in its ability to identify what is underneath the surface for you to become conscious of it. It is an opportunity for you to explore how your core beliefs were formed, and how they continue to influence your everyday life, within a comfortable and safe setting.
While you may not remember certain events because we form most of our beliefs before we turn 7 years old, your unconscious mind has taken everything in and stored it, along with the emotions associated with it.
At this moment, you will express these emotions while fully conscious of them. Healing a core belief allows all other beliefs associated with it to fall away, so you can heal multiple beliefs in one session.
Throughout the entire process, Marg will guide you and keep you as comfortable as possible, while helping you achieve your goals. Her greatest concern is your long-term healing, and she will be there for you every step of the way, as well as between session follow-ups.
