What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology achieves goals, improves health, vitality, greater range of movement, and can reduce pain. 

Through non-invasive and gentle means, Kinesiology techniques can trigger the body's innate healing and encourage well-being.

Kinesiology has its origins in Chiropractic.  It uses the art of muscle monitoring, combined with the principles of Chinese Medicine, Applied Physiology and Nutrition.  ​  

Muscle monitoring identifies the physical, mental, emotional and nutritional stress response held in the body.  Once identified, Kinesiology techniques can clear these stress responses restoring the body back to homeostasis.   

​The flow of energy within and around the body is connected to our muscles, organs, tissues and cells through the Chakra and Acupuncture Systems.

About Patricia:

Patricia is a Registered Level 2 Kinesiologist, with over 6 years experience.

​With her caring, nurturing and passionate approach, she listens to her clients and works with them to achieve their desired outcome.  

Struggling with her own health issues of Hashimoto's and Coeliac Disease, both auto-immune disorders a number of years ago, she understands what it feels like to be unwell. 

Kinesiology was the driving force in her healing process.  Experiencing the power and potential that Kinesiology has to offer, and awakening the innate healing system from within, Patricia turned her health and even her life around.

Patricia became a dedicated Practitioner, assisting others who have lost hope in healing and their health.

Patricia empowers you with the knowledge and resources you need to heal yourself.  Healing comes from within.

Rocktape Application:

Kinesio-taping can be used as a correction tool in a treatment to offer support to an area of the body, a muscle, ligament, or joint that is under stress (pain or injury).​

Kinesio-Taping can also be applied to a meridian line (or part of) if needed to further stimulate it after the treatment. 

It does not inhibit freedom of movement, but supports and stimulates the area and encourages extra blood flow with movement allowing for healing to occur.

  This can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to apply and does not need to be part of a Kinesiology treatment.
