About Me - Jay Gordon
My love of yoga started 10 years ago, it was love at first session.
Having a background in fitness and working previously as a swimming teacher, health & fitness has always been important to me. Now I feel I have found my anchor, my base.
After studying different yogas, attending many workshops and retreats, I have created my own unique style combining the alignment and form of iyengar yoga with the flow and rhythm of traditional hatha yoga.
Building a steady platform over the years with most classes being held at Pambula Beach, surrounded by stunning ocean views, I look forward to each & every class and the opportunity it brings to share & learn.

I give alternatives and variations throughout my classes to ensure everyone gets an individual experience.
Classes include pranayama, meditation, asanas and relaxation to bring a sense of well-being to body mind and soul.

This class offer stunning ocean views. It doesn't get much better than doing yoga by the ocean - soothing sound of waves, bright fresh space and the occasional local - whales and dolphins - cruising by.
