Appointments are Essential

Sessions may incorporate a variety of modalities to connect and pass on messages. For the most part, I am guided to utilize tarots/runes, numerology and automatic writing within most sessions.

Sometimes it is just a matter of sitting with the questioner that opens the connection. Often it is a questioners 'special guests' (spirits, personal guardians and even an individuals higher-self) that can bridge the experience.
