For many years I have searched for more, for answers, for the secrets to an amazing life. My practice is a culmination of my research. I understand that holistic wellness is not a one size fits all. We are individuals, with individual experiences, beliefs and needs.

That is why my multi-faceted offerings are outside the box. To meet the needs of the individual. To provide a tailored therapy that aids your right to thrive with purpose.

Reiki and PSYCH-K® are my specialties, and I chose them because I have myself have had success with them, and they are incredibly flexible tools.  

Reiki and PSYCH-K® are a powerful team. Reiki restores balance and energetic flow in the body, and PSYCH-K® creates new subconscious beliefs to replace those redundant beliefs which are holding you back.

These modalities are very different, but they complement each other to create what I believe is a therapy superpower. Both modalities are not used together in a single session.
