Yoga & Mindfulness for Inner Strength
An hour and a half class which incorporates Asana postures, Yoga Nidra relaxation, pranayama breathing methods, and a short mindfulness meditation. Yoga postures conducted are thoughtful, slow, gentle, and look to develop the connection between your mind and body. This 8-week course concentrates on building skills to work with depression and anxiety and developing emotional resilience.
Monday nights, 5.45pm to 7.15pm

$135 for an 8-week term, $20 casual classes
$15 casual class/$100 term for under 18 yrs of age
