About Helen Harrison

Helen has been practicing in Redlands City, Brisbane since 2008.

Power of Change & Coaching is an accredited and professional counselling practice and thus looks to provide all our clients with caring, safe and supportive environment where they are able to release and explore their feelings, thoughts and emotions; thus allowing the client to confidently move forward in a direction and state that is appropriate for the individual.

Working closely alongside clients to empower and also to assist them in the development of new awareness based upon their wisdom and inner strengths. We all possess the inner potential; for healing and for growth and throughout the therapeutic process clients are able to access this within themselves. With therapeutic work encouraging the integration of body, mind, the environment and emotions, clients look to establish the internal resources needed to live a balanced and health life.

Through the development of a respectful and safe therapeutic environment, a client’s ability and self-awareness to find their answers will result in living a fulfilling and rich life which is honoured and nurtured.
