Hi, my name is Jan Plume and I am THE HYPNOTIST and I am here to help you. On the right you will see a brief list of where hypnosis can help but it is by no means all that it can do, It is my personal belief that there is no limit to what can be achieved or at least I set myself no limit. If someone presents with a problem and asks 'can you help' I always say 'I will try'.

So, whatever it is you need help with just ask I am here to help you.

What happens in a typical session

First I establish what the problem is and the result you are looking for. Next I briefly explain what hypnosis is, the steps we will be taking and our respective roles. Now the hypnosis can begin. You are totally aware of what is happening at all times. Hypnosis is a very natural state and a very enjoyable experience. After the hypnosis we do a quick de-brief and that is that. A quick safe process that leaves my clients feeling great and usually with a smile from ear to ear.
