About your Instructor

Josephine Britton

In my former existence I was a trained nurse. I am now a fully qualified APMA Pilates Instructor

I teach from a small professional studio attached to my house

I am committed to the individual care of each of my clients who attend my classes

Classes are run where clients’ individual needs are respected in their program

Having been in business for 38 years and living on the Mornington Peninsula for the past 22 years I understand the local community. The business ethic that can be found at Pilates on Bungower is the business ethic I have learned throughout my business career.

I believe care of people can be carried into many spheres of the community and realms of health care. Finding Pilates has been a refreshing change from nursing for me.

As a Pilates Instructor I am committed to ongoing learning, and part of this commitment includes Franklin Method workshops which I attend on a regular basis. Updating knowledge and improving technique in any sphere is always paramount to give people the best possible care.
