About Us
Pilates Fix Studio
Pilates Fix Studio is a small personalised studio servicing the Brighton/Sandgate area, owned and run by Julie Hamilton. Julie is a Pilates instructor whose passion for Pilates was sparked 11 years ago. Julie has first hand experience of using the Pilates method through pelvic instability, pregnancy and post-natal recovery.
Julie has a Diploma in Pilates through Pilates International Training Centre.
Julie is passionate about teaching quality Pilates classes and enjoys personalising programs to meet client’s individual needs and goals. Classes at Pilates Fix Studio involve use of reformer, cadillac, barrel and exo-chair.
Getting Started
For a limited time you can attend your first Circuit session for free. 30 Minute Fix Classes have a maximum of 5 participants to ensure everyone receives personal attention.
Interested in Pilates with Studio equipment and personalised programming? Then book in for an initial consultation so that we can introduce you to the benefits of Pilates equipment and how it can help you correct your posture and achieve your goals. What should I wear?
It is important that your pilates instructor can see your muscle activation and alignment, so we recommend that you wear tight, breathable and easy to move in clothing.
Do I need to bring anything?
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first session to complete a questionnaire.
30 Min Fix
Come and join us for a 30 Min Pilates Circuit Class, for a limited time you can attend your first session for free. These classes have a maximum of 5 participants to ensure everyone receives personal attention. 30 Min Fix Pilates classes are held at 11am Monday morning and incorporate the use of Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Mat, Chair and other small apparatus.

Studio Session
Come and join us for a Group Studio (3 people), Semi Private (2 people) or Private Class. Lots of attention and personalised programs to suit your goals and needs.
