How do I Begin?
Come in for 2x 1 Hour Initial Consultations. These are 1 on 1 sessions that span for 1 hour and cost $75 each. In these sessions we go over:
- Posture analysis
- Introduction to Equipment (see below)
- Pilates principles
- Analyse your movement patterns and what may be giving you pain?
You will then be placed into a class with a maximum of 4 people.
