My name is Sharon Hart and I am a Health and Fitness Professional/Personal Trainer.
My health professional background is in nursing with over 30 years qualifications and experience in the healthcare fields of nursing, midwifery, aged care, health counselling, and public health.
I am a qualified Master Trainer with Certificates III & IV in Fitness.
Throughout my life I’ve always enjoyed sports and physical challenges. I am a keen scuba diver with advanced certification. Some of my more interesting physical challenges include white water rafting in Australia, New Zealand, Bali and Slovenia/Austria.
Training Approach
I offer a personal training and lifestyle service that is uniquely designed with a variety of programs to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals and improving your life. Training can be conducted at a venue of your choice including your home, at the beach or local park, or at an indoor studio. It's your choice, it's Personal. Sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes of:
