Phoenix Bodywork and Energy Healing

Having qualified as a BodyTalk practitioner in my late 20’s (I’m a ’79 baby), and certified in Reiki 1 and 2, and energy reflexology in my early 20’s, I’ve been working, hands-on, with so many different beings, who’ve all taught me something new. I adore working with bodies, finding the blockages and restrictions, helping to release them, so the bodymind can create a state of balance and harmony again.

What makes my heart sing, is sensing the energy of my client before a session, and again at the end, and there’s invariably a shift to a better bodymind state. These treatments are incredibly rewarding for me to give, and my client's receive everything with an open heart.

You are welcome to choose which treatments you'd prefer, a fully clothed, Whole Energy Body Balance session, which incorporates gentle fascia release techniques, and energy healing, or a combination of massage (with organic coconut oil) and WEBB work (removing whichever items of clothing necessary). I also offer energy reflexology treatments (work on the feet). I tailor the treatments according to your unique needs.

I travel to you, so you're in the comfort of your own home, and not having to immediately go back into the world, if you feel like having a short rest after the treatment. The body does much of its healing and repair, when in the parasympathetic nervous system. Many of my client's tell me of a very deep sleep after sessions. 

I am also a certified WEBB practitioner for companion animals, and have experience working with dog's, cat's and horse's, who also experience pain, discomfort and trauma, which impacts on their behaviour. I teach guardians a special technique, to use in between treatments, which, when used daily, for a few minutes at a time, teaches your companion to relax and calm.
