It is best to come and see Philippa Youngs three months before trying to get pregnant. This is the same period of time it takes for the egg and sperm to develop . During this time, Philippa can help improve mum and dad's overall health.

Acupuncture is often sought for  heartburn, hemorrhoids, carpal tunnel, sinusitis, backache, constipation, restless legs, cramps, to name a few.

Birth Preparation 

The third quarter is the final leg of your pregnancy and your body works hard during this phase. Your belly grows quickly, and your ligaments are loosened. You may experience hip and back pain.
