Who We Treat?

We work with individuals and couples, from adolescence through to late adulthood. We do not offer services for families or children but are happy to provide a referral if needed.

What We Treat?

We have extensive knowledge and experience in treating all major diagnosable emotional/psychological disorders. It is integral to be aware, however, that we do not require a diagnosis in order to access our services. We recommend individuals address their suffering before it develops into a diagnosable disorder, if possible. Some of the common reasons for seeking out treatment include:

  • A lack of self-esteem, direction, purpose, or meaning
  • Feeling of emptiness
  • Difficulty understanding or controlling one’s own feelings
  • A desire to develop more meaningful relationships
