Having studied for over 15 years healing and change modalities in the field of Healing, Counselling, Relationships, Sexuality, Embodiment, Energy and Polarity, Communication and Pleasure.

My aim is to facilitate my clients to have a confident and passionate participation in life & their relationships.  Helping individuals have the pleasure, passion and presence they want.  By addressing the stress, fears, anxiety, shame and emotional baggage that is stopping you from having the LOVE, LIFE FORCE, CONNECTION & SEX you crave.

Kinesiology healing: incorporates a mix of energetic and intuitive healing techniques using kinesiology, a gentle muscle testing to find the imbalances and a range of vibrational, emotional techniques to shift your beliefs and old patterns of behaviour and thinking so that healing can occur.

Sex Therapy: Somatic Sex Therapy to help a range of issues from libido, pain, lack of pleasure, anxiety, fears, challenges with reaching climax, learning to enjoy sex and intimacy, developing tools for pleasure and connection.

Couples Counselling/ Relationship therapy: A fusion of traditional couples therapy with somatic initmacy tools.  Build intimacy, connection, depth, understanding, trust and greater love and joy in your relationship to have better sex, and clearer communication.
