What can I expect at a treatment session?

To experience this energy in a treatment, a practitioner places his/her hands on the client (fully clothed) while the client is usually lying on a massage table. The energy can be felt as warmth, heat, cold, tingling – each person experiences the energy differently according to their body’s need at the time. The practitioner also feels similar sensations under his/her hands. Most people experience a feeling of peace and relaxation. A treatment lasts for approx. 1½ hours. The treatment will be held in silence so that complete relaxation can be experienced.
