Yoga Therapy
Every body has its distinct, uniquely individual expressions. If these are creating obstacles in your life, either physically or mentally, then Yoga Therapy can help. Yoga creates a resilience to potential illness from genetic, environmental or lifestyle antagonists.
Using Ayurvedic philosophies, Harmonic Medicine diagnostics and Yoga movements, we can address imbalances, or simply design a practice to help you maintain your already healthy condition
.
We will customise a programme which can include breathwork, yoga movements and or meditation, and set achievable goals via progressive steps.
First session: $80. Three session (recommended) $190 and subsequent sessions $50 within 3 months of the first consultation. An extra $10 travel charge will be added for visitations outside the local area.

BREATHE School Workshops
Here’s an interesting thought…. “A child starting school this year will retire in 2069. Nobody has a clue …..what the world will look like in five years and yet we’re meant to be educating them for it”. Children have extraordinary capacity for innovation, but if their diet, exercise or environments are imbalanced, it will effect their learning abilities and their attitudes.
We have several different programmes to work with any school’s curriculum, bringing balance back into the classroom through fun games and relaxation techniques. We call it B.R.E.A.T.=H.+E (Breathwork, Relaxation, Exercise, Apetite, Thinking positively = Health + Energy)
Our B.R.E.A.T.=H.+E. programmes give children essential life skills to make healthy and responsible choices.
Wholistic Nutritional Workshops
If a knife and chopping board are strangers in your life and don’t know how to pronounce tumeric and quinoa - let alone cook with them, then learning some basic, nutritional and delicious recipes may inspire and re-energise you.
Many people who come to me are stuck in their processed diets because they simply don’t know how to prepare a healthy meal. We will learn how to stock in a basic healthy pantry, how to eat seasonally, learn Ayurvedic and TCM principles, basic recipes and some easy variations
Monthly workshops will be held upon demand.
Whole foods make whole people.
For the more accomplished cook, Marieke Brugman (ex Howqua Dale) also holds monthly classes from the same venue. Themes may include ‘The Indian Kitchen’, ‘Eating in Season’, ‘The Perfect Tart’, ‘Pasta’ ‘Perfectly cooked Fish & Seafood’, plus a variety of others.
