TRAINING OPTIONS
PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
12 Week Program - $150 / week
Would you like to get back into sport, improve your performance or be able to run around with your children? We are offering a 12 week performance program focusing on fixing injuries, improving performance and mobility allowing you to return to sport pain free.
Our program includes 2 x 45min Personal Training sessions per week, 1 x Mobility class, nutrition evaluation, accountability, targets and goal setting.
GROUP TRAINING
Casual- $30
2 Session- $45 / week
Unlimited- $65 / week
Our group training classes are focused on mobility, strength and core training to help you move and live pain free, full of energy and feel your best! The best part of group training is the energy and the encouragement that you get from one another. We love our Overhaul community and love the positive vibes everyone is giving!
Every Saturday we change location and have fun activities together that includes mountain climbs, beach or skill sessions.
