Just wanted to let you know how wonderful your yoga sessions have been. I have certainly learnt a great deal from your very informative discussions as well. I think it is important to have someone we can trust to guide us due to our vulnerability to injury as we age. Sometimes it can be difficult to motivate myself to do yoga ev eryday, but having these weekly sessions seems to do just that.
I also enjoy the relaxation and meditation segments.
