Kathryn's clinical background began working as a Registered nurse within the public and private hospital and community health sectors. Her experience has included general medical, general surgical, neurosurgical, orthopaedic, oncological and haematological care settings.

Now working as a Musculoskeletal therapist Kathryn integrates her knowledge and past experince into her current clinical setting at Outside In. She has a special interest in treating patients with chronic pain, autoimmune disease and dysfunctional movement patterns. Using a holistic approach, Kathryn encourages longevity in health and wellness through preventative medicine, movement proficiency and lifestyle change.

Kathryn holds qualifications in the following modalities: nursing, musculoskeletal therapy (clinical myotherapy), remedial massage, and workplace training and assessment.

Kathryn is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) & the Myotherapy Association of Australia (MA)
