About Us

Established by Tracey Jones, Cranial 4 Kids Osteopathy Waterloo works with newborns and children to relieve them of stressful symptoms they experience during the birth process.

Tracey gained her osteopathic qualifications in 1985 in Sydney and has over twenty five years experience working with women and children in London, Dublin, Singapore and Sydney.

Together with a group of other osteopaths from Australia, they developed an ongoing postgraduate training in cranial osteopathy.

She’s a member of Osteopathy Australia, received her post graduate training in paediatric osteopathy from the Sutherland Cranial College in the UK and the European School of Osteopathy, Cranial Academy in the US and the Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation.

What is Cranial Osteopathy? How Does It Work?

Cranial osteopathy is a hands on, gentle and holistic therapy which aims to relieve any tension your child may have experienced during pregnancy or upon birth.

Through appropriate, gentle techniques, the cranial osteopath will hold your child and work on the whole body encouraging the anatomy and physiology to return to health.

Babies and children may fall asleep during treatment and find this process very calming. 

On your initial consultation, assessment and a detailed medical history will be taken to help plan your child’s treatment and avoid recurrences.
