Meditation relaxes the body quickly and calms the mind creating inner peace. It is ideal for helping to manage anxiety and stress by restoring the body to balance and clarity to the mind.

Pauline uses a range of simple and widely-practised meditation techniques, including breathing meditations, visualisations and mindfulness. These techniques can be used anywhere anytime so you can practice meditation where ever you are.
Meditation groups are kept small and personal allowing for individual attention as required and the development of supportive relationships with both the participants and Pauline.
All meditations courses are recorded and provided to participants on a weekly basis allowing participants to practice meditation between session and ensures that if you are unable to attend a session you still have the opportunity to participate in the whole course.
During this time of COVID 19 you have the flexibility of joining our courses through Zoom, if you would prefer not to attend in person.
