Hello, my name is Luke Preston.
I am the owner and operator of Northern Phoenix acupuncture & chinese medicie.
I developed my interest in Chinese medicine through the practice of Chinese Kung Fu: the two practices are complimentary as they are not solely medicine or exercise but a way of life.
I worked with a learnt from James Flowers (president of the Australian acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association) in his practice in Chinatown during the four years that I studied at the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I then did an internship in Guang An Ma hospital in Beijing where I learnt from some of China's most respected Chinese medicine Doctors in the fields of Gynecology, Dermatology, Acupuncture, Arthritis and digestive disorders.
Chinese Medicine is a holistic approach to health dating back 5000 years, the philosophy of which aims to find the root of disease
