Welcome to Novo Counselling where our passion is to help you find freedom from negative thoughts and develop new strategies to navigate your thought life. About Us

Novo Counselling was founded by Glenda O’Neill, who is passionate about seeing people live full lives, free from the baggage of their past, and those things in the present that prevent them from truly moving forward in life.

Having close to a decade of experience as a therapist to individuals and families, coupled with 21 years of experience in education as a teacher, Glenda has a comprehensive range of experience in working with everyone from children to those approaching their senior years.
