About

Laura is a Reiki Masteress Teacher and Masteress Herbalist. Reiki Therapist of 7 years, Intuitive healer and Guidance Empowerment Card Reading for around 11 years.  She grew up on 5 acres with her artistic loving mother, yogi and meditative father and one of 4 kids that became 6 once her step father and step brothers came along.

Laura has been through quite the number of life experiences leading her into the laps of many situations and numerous personalities to work with.

She has worked in the corporate world and holistic world so has a great understanding of both. She brought the creative geniuses into the light with her former business she founded Geelong Creatives connecting all walks of creative folk for the greater good, to network and share the love of community. Living with a Thyroid disease and Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome she understands the importance of Mind, Body and Soul Health.

Laura is currently studying her Vegetarian and Vegan Consultant Diploma and Tantra Diploma to get a better understanding of her lifestyle and to teach others about the world we live in. And last of all, studying Primal Therapy Certificate to work with in her sessions of healing. Using it to go back to trauma's and fears of the beginning of life.

She hopes to build her dream home of sustainability and create a herbalist health hub so stay tuned!

Laura's natural ability to heal and love all beings has brought her to creating the space of the bungalow, bringing in other holistic folk to broaden the experiences for anyone wishing to come to the bungalow when the space was provided. Laura now works from The Birch Room in Leopold, VIC and from her home space in St.Leonards VIC.

We are all connected. Earth, Wind, Water, even the sun through fire, the Universe. We are connected to the elements. The life force of this earth and all living things on it, in it, around it is an energy field. This is Reiki.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing to balance you out, relieve blockages (which is the source of dis-ease) through channelling energy to the recipient or self.

Reiki is a safe and nurturing way to support your Mind, Body and Soul.

When offering Reiki it is through placement of hands on the recipient or hovering (in a non-intrusive way) Reiki can’t be learned or taught through online courses, through books. Discussing how it works isn’t a way of learning Reiki. It is a Spiritual Journey, working with the energy, which is why majority of training is guided by a teacher through hands-on techniques and guided activities such as meditations and chanting.

If you wish to complete the stand alone courses of Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki Practitioner and Teacher you will have learnt:

• The 5 Precepts
• The Energy system “life force”
• Meditations and Chanting
• Techniques – theory and hands on positions
• Four Mantras and Symbols (3 will be taught in Reiki 2 and the 4th in
  Reiki Practitioner)
• Reiju (Attunements) performed by a Reiki Teacher only for the students.

Reiki becomes a lifestyle through training and practice, it is a continuous journey of self-evolvement and to clear the mind, body and spirit for a happier life. This is a journey that is to be taken slowly. Learning new things for self along the way. Each Course brings up new challenges within self, to work through to enhance your skills, awareness and life experiences for the greater path of enlightenment within self.
