The practice of Reiki aims to support the body's natural ability to heal itself by restoring energetic balance and harmony.

Reiki can support with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental imbalances. Reiki is holistic and can support with addressing underlying ailment causes and accelerated physical healing. Reiki has been known to support clients in relieving symptoms in the lead up to death.
