What is wellness?
It's true that wellness is an 'it' word right now, being exploited by all manner of products and services, many of which have nothing to do with health and wellness.
What wellness truly is, is a holistic modality whereby individuals actively pursue optimal levels of wellbeing and health.
Wellness can be thought of as a highly individualised journey that is undertaken through conscious effort and the choices made each day; it is about living holistically and mindfully, consciously striving to grow, learn, create and change.
What to expect from a consultation?
Before your first consultation, you will complete a questionnaire which we utilise to analyse your level of wellness across various dimensions (e.g. nutrition, sleep, physical activity, emotional health, stress) and to highlight any areas that may need to change.
Our primary aim is to set you on the wellness path that is right for you; and ultimately empower you to be your own wellness guru.
