- Wear nylon pantyhose to the test
- Drink coffee or tea two hours prior
- Eat within half an hour before the test

- Remove your watch
- Relax whilst having the test

Pet Testing
A non-invasive test can be performed without the need of the pet or owner being present. A small sample of your pets hair can be tested using a VEGA device which can give insight to your pets health such as: - Nutritional deficiencies

- Any specific problem
A report will detail the outcome of the test and suggested therapies, supplements, diet and lifestyle tips will be given.
