Oxygen Therapy is sometimes referred to as Re-Birthing. It employs a breathing technique designed to help you release built-up stress and residual energies stemming from traumatic events early in life. The aim of Oxygen Therapy is to assist you to let go of stagnant energy and suppression of your sense of self, enabling your relationships with others to be transformed and bringing a sense of calm and harmony to your life.
