About Us:

We have over 10 years of experience in the corporate arena and health management. Our staff have completed tertiary studies in Health Science majoring in Nutritional Medicine. We have worked both here in Australia and abroad in Japan and the United Kingdom as well as having spent time travelling throughout Australia delivering individual and group training in nutrition and weight loss education.

We have assisted patients with a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions by exploring the underlying conditions and improving their overall health and wellbeing.

Our traditional approach to natural therapies is balanced with evidence-based medicine knowledge as we constantly search for and reviews new studies and articles on various health topics. We believe treating the whole person is paramount when helping patients and clients to achieve long-term health and wellbeing.

Our primary goal is to identify the causes of the presenting symptoms, rather than using ‘one size fits all’ treatment. Our thorough consultative methods involve taking a detailed health case history, including an extensive health questionnaire and if necessary relevant biochemical and pathological testing to identify the root causes of the health issues. From this detailed analysis, we create an individualised treatment regime which may include nutritional supplements, diet, environmental and lifestyle modifications to address underlying issues.
