Before becoming a well regarded Osteopathic practitioners Mark served as a Navy Clearance Diver in the Australian Defence Forces, as well as a personal trainer and senior lecturer in the fitness industry.
Mark’s extensive training as well as past experience enables him to achieve excellent results with his patients in reducing pain, postural correction, injury rehabilitation and prevention as well as improved biomechanics.
Mark’s treatments combine the following:

MASSAGE - Johanna Dight

Johanna uses a combination of remedial and sports massage techniques to relieve symptoms caused by injury, tension and incorrect posture.
As a runner, Johanna understands the importance of keeping muscles and joints moving freely for improved performance. She enjoys working with anyone who needs to stay injury free and achieve their fitness goals!
Johanna also specializes in pregnancy and infant massage, helping mums and babies enjoy the benefits of soothing therapeutic techniques. Massage is a gentle, effective way to relieve pregnancy related aches and assist the physical and mental development of infants.

She has recently branched into the corporate domain, educating and motivating individuals and groups associated with fitness challenges. A sports and outdoors enthusiast, Teresa is also a published author with articles in Australia’s leading health publication, Body and Soul.
