Naturally Slim & Fit provides specialised one on one woman’s only training in Natural Health, Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Intimate Group Fitness classes. Naturally Slim & Fit is not just another gym we pride our self on excellence thru precise training offering the utmost support for each client. Our aim is to listen to your needs and help you reach your health and fitness goals on a personal level. Yoga
Naturally Slim & Fit specializes in Yoga offering one on one personal training or group fitness Yoga. Yoga is an amazing form of exercise as it not only transforms your body but it transforms your mind body and spirit. In the short term it will make you feel better. Practicing the postures, breathing exercises and meditation makes you healthier in body, mind and spirit. Yoga lets you tune in, chill out, shape up -- all at the same time. However the long term affects are astonishing and truly life changing yoga is good for what ails you. Specifically, research shows that yoga helps manage or control anxiety, arthritis, asthma, back pain, blood pressure, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue, depression, diabetes, epilepsy, headaches, heart disease, multiple sclerosis, stress and other conditions and diseases. What's more, yoga:

Pilates is the baby of Yoga as it holds many of the same benefits however focuses on developing the core muscles in order to improve balance and spine support. Pilates works by re-balancing the body, altering the way in which you recruit muscles to produce movements. It changes the way you use your body, the way you move - restoring natural, normal movement. Pilate’s exercises are gentle, progressive, and performed slowly with good postural alignment at all times, these controlled movements are therefore unlikely to lead to re-injury.
Regular Pilates practice typically leads to a stronger, leaner body while developing body awareness and having an overall de-stressing effect on most people. What’s more Pilates:
• Improves flexibility.
• Increased muscle strength, particularly of the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the ‘core muscles’ of the body).

PILATES: 60 minute Pilates mat classes will challenge your strength, flexibility and co-ordination with traditional and modern Pilates moves performed on the floor. You'll feel strong, streamlined and invigorated after this thorough workout!
BOXILATES: 30 minute Boxilates class will challenge you physically and mentally using a mixture of Boxing and Pilates moves to define, shape and tone your body whilst adding high energy boxing moves to smash out the calories!
FAT BURNING PILATES: 30 minute Fat burning Pilate’s class will really challenge your fitness speeding up a usual classic Pilate’s class and increasing the intensity of the moves. Feel the burn with this class!
YOGA: 60 minute Yoga class rejuvenates your mind, body and spirit. The Flow & Hold aligns breath and movement to build heat and detox the body through a series of poses. As we work into our peak poses, we'll hold them to allow for alignment corrections, and to build stamina of the body and the breath in the
pose.
BOOTCAMP: 30 & 60 minute classes are high impact high energy calorie burning classes full of running, plyometrics and strength training.
FAT BURNING YOGA: 30 minute Fat burning Yoga classes will really challenge your fitness speeding up a usual Yoga class and increasing the intensity of the moves. Feel the burn with this class!
RUNNING THE HILLS: 30 minute running class outdoors in nature all fitness levels
welcome we will be running hills and intervals, if you are looking at challenging your fitness levels this is the class for you!
YOGALATES: 60 minute combination of Pilates & Yoga to stretch and strengthen your body. The emphasis is on core control in all poses and focus on breathing while in motion. The full body is covered, leaving you feeling toned and flexible.
