Our Services
Initial Assessment: A one hour 1:1 session with an instructor. Together we will look at your body’s strengths, weaknesses and any injuries you may have. We also discuss your goals and what you would like to get from the sessions. By getting to know your body I can tailor your future sessions specifically to you. Following the Initial Assessment you have the option of continuing with private sessions, 4:1 sessions or group classes.
Private: A one hour 1:1 session tailored to your individual goals and needs. The sessions will incorporate a variety of equipment including Reformer, Wunda Chair, Mat Work and small apparatus.
4:1: With a maximum of 4 clients to 1 instructor you are guided through YOUR individual program that has been designed specifically for your body (whether healthy or injured). These programs, like you, are constantly evolving and have been designed to help you reach your goals. The sessions will incorporate a variety of equipment including Reformer, Wunda Chair, Mat Work and small apparatus.

Group Sessions: Our group mat classes have a maximum of 8 clients to ensure everyone receives individual attention and feedback. Whilst everyone is participating in the same program no body is the same. I will, therefore, always offer modifications to exercises, where needed, to keep everyone safe and make sure you get the best results for you.
You and Boo: This is a group mat class (max 8 people) for mums and bubs (dads are welcome too). There is a postnatal focus as well as an overall workout. Whilst everyone is participating in the same program no body is the same.
