Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a safe, gentle, and non-invasive modality that uses muscle monitoring or testing to assess your emotional/mental, structural/physical, and biochemical states. Through this you can work with your bodies intelligence to gain access to its inner knowledge. The beauty of Kinesiology is that we can bypass the agendas, stories, and often hindering beliefs of the mind to determine what nutrients and therapies are required to return the body back to a state of balance.

Iridology

Iridology is the study of health through the assessment of the structure, colour, sclera, and the pupil of the eye. It is not a treatment styled modality but a tool that gives your practitioner more information about the health of your body. Iridologists look at the colour and fibre structure for signs of imbalance, constitutional strength, areas of toxin accumulation or congestion, and innate weaknesses and strengths.
